   Motion:

  • Vehicle equipped with the latest electro-mechanical technology.
  • Aluminium profile.
  • 2 Buhler 12V, 40rpm propulsion engines permitting turns of up to 360º.
  • Wheel transmission is provided by toothed belts and pulleys, which ensures balance regardless of speed and direction.
  • High performance front and rear cameras designed to inspect and observe interiors.
  • Front and rear LED illumination with 170W and 30W respectively.

 
 

   Cleaning brush:

  • Each unit is equipped with an upright brush located in the centre of the front wall of the robot. The brush is composed of flexible bristles and attaches to a rotating axis that is anchored to a height-adjustable platform that permits access to ducts measuring between 300 and 800 mm.
  • When the brush is activated, the centrifugal force leads the flexible bristles to clean the walls of the duct by scraping accumulated dirt from the surface.
  • The brushes can be modified and adapted to all types of surface, according to the needs of the client.

   Pressure-nozzles:

  • Spray nozzles on both sides of the robot can be adapted to two different functions.
  • Sprays the surfaces (previously brushed and suctioned) with a degreasing agent or disinfectant to guarantee cleaning.
  • The second function is designed for fibreglass surfaces that cannot be cleaned with a scraping brush. Compressed air detaches particles from the walls of the duct for easy suctioning later on.

 
 

   Suction:

  • The robot incorporates high powered suction to remove all solid and liquid particles deposited in the duct.
  • The suction hose designed for our equipment is 30 mm in diameter and guarantees flexibility and obstruction-free operations.
  • A suction tray is situated on the lower part of the robot.

 
 

   Control unit:

  • All of the robot's functions are directed and controlled by a central unit.
  • Equipped with a 10.4" monitor with SVGA resolution of 800x600 and an anti reflection frontal glass panel.
  • A specially designed directional joystick provides 360º maximum sensitivity for jobs that require complicated manoeuvres.
  • The digital avi format video recorder has 320x240 resolution , and 640 x480 pixels for photographs.
  • The brush positioning-control adjusts the height of the brush.
  • The recommended maximum operating distance is 15 metres.
  • 220V power source
